Here's a tip that you might not have known was possible. You already know that Windows Phone 7 doesn't yet have copy & paste, but you can select individual words by tapping them. Well in OneNote and Word, if you tap the selection again and then drag, you can select multiple lines of type. Of course you can't do much with it afterwards, but it's good for selecting a lot of text that you want to delete or comment on.
