Sydney takes a first look at the Optimus M for MetroPCS. The Optimus phones have worked their way onto most US carriers and now MetroPCS is getting in the Android fun. The Optimus M features a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display, a 3.2 MP autofocus camera, Android 2.2, and is powered by a 600 MHz Qualcomm processor. It is available for $229, but you don't have to worry about a contract and MetroPCS has plans as low as $40 per month. It may not have the best specs, but it's a decent mid-range Android smartphone for a good price.
