HTC Titan Hands-OnWe go hands-on with HTC's brand new Windows Phone, the Titan. It sports a 1.5 GHz processor and a new camera which brings better low-light sensitivity. HTC will have the Titan as its flaghsup Windows Phone and e just need to see when Microsoft decides to officially launch the platform, and bring that Skype application for video calls to take advantage of the front facer.
